At kshta, we want you to absolutely love your new home decor and furniture. If a piece isn't the perfect fit for your space, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the home items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Securely place the items back into their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly tools, and instruction manuals are included.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label generated by our portal and affix it securely to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Bring your package to the nearest authorized carrier location. Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
